Privacy Policy

We collect account details such as name, email address, company, phone number, address, role, approval status, and authentication identifiers.

For paid access, we store Stripe customer identifiers, subscription status, plan identifiers, billing period dates, and payment event metadata needed to operate subscriptions. Payment card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored by FEEZO.

When you use the platform, we store project feasibility inputs, scenarios, assumptions, reports, shared-view settings, and operational metadata such as timestamps and account activity.

We also collect limited technical data such as IP address, browser information, device information, analytics events, and security logs.

We use information to create and secure accounts, operate the feasibility platform, save projects, provide support, review registration requests, improve the product, and protect against abuse.

We use billing information to activate trials, enforce subscription access, process cancellations or failed payments, and support account billing questions.

We do not sell user data. We only share information with service providers required to operate FEEZO, such as hosting, authentication, analytics, email, and database infrastructure.

Project data is private to the approved account owner unless the user enables a shared project view. Shared views should only be enabled for information the user is comfortable exposing through that link.

Users remain responsible for removing confidential third-party information before sharing reports or project links externally.

We retain account and project information while an account is active or as needed for security, legal, support, and operational reasons.

To request data export, correction, or deletion, email info@feezo.co from the account email address. We will verify the request before making account-level changes.
