Support and Data Requests
Use this page for account support, access issues, security concerns, and requests to export, correct, or delete personal or project data.
Contact
Email info@feezo.co from the email address attached to your FEEZO account. Include the account email, a short description of the issue, and any relevant project name if the request relates to project data.
Do not send passwords, full payment details, or highly sensitive third-party documents through email.
Data deletion
To request deletion, email info@feezo.co with the subject “Data deletion request”. We will verify account ownership before deleting account or project records.
Some records may need to be retained where required for security, dispute resolution, legal compliance, or audit purposes.
Security reports
If you believe you have found a security issue, email info@feezo.co with enough detail to reproduce the issue safely.
Do not access, alter, delete, disclose, or exfiltrate data that does not belong to you.
